In the world of today, with a plethora of stress inducers lurking on every corner, it is essential to understand the negative effects that stress can have on our body, as well as on our mind. As you probably already know, our skin is the biggest organ of our bodies. And as such, it displays the effects of stress in various manners. So what are the effects of stress on the skin and are there ways to prevent them?
